Overall the experience of buying the car was a little stressful, but that’s to be expected! Dennis was extremely helpful in trying to find the right car for me, but the actual dealership did have the ori stressful, but that’s to be expected! I drove about 100 miles, passing several other Hyundai dealers, all because when I spoke to Dennis on the phone asking him to locate a vehicle, he was so very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the dealers, all because when I spoke to Dennis on the phone asking him to locate a vehicle, he was so very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the car we were buying. Was not the car buying experience I had hoped for. When I arrived, Matthew went straight for the numbers without even asking me to see the car. He cared more about getting to some dinner reservation r When I arrived, Matthew went straight for the numbers without even asking me to see the car. He cared more about getting to some dinner reservation rather than wanting to help us at all. His attitude turned me off from the start as it was clear he really didn’t care about anything besides a quick deal. So glad he was able to reschedule his reservations though!! Would not have bought the car if Shawn the sales manager didn’t come to help and make us feel more heard. Shawn Brown is a nice guy. More
