Shaun is ALWAYS great to work with! This is the 2nd time I've been in for weird things going wrong with my car after recently.purchssing it in Aug, brand new off the lot. This time I ha This is the 2nd time I've been in for weird things going wrong with my car after recently.purchssing it in Aug, brand new off the lot. This time I had it in for an oil change, a loud rattle from the moon roof while driving, and an emergency light blinking. Ended up needing a part over night. They ended up having my car 2 nights, while I got a loaner. It all ended up being fine and Shaun was very helpful and informative. However after not having my car for 2 days, even though they said the moon roof was fixed it is not. It began to rattle immediately after I took it home. It's a brand new car, and it's a very annoying, loud rattle. Also after saying twice that yes I'd like a car wash, that didn't happen either. Plus, I still have something on my car ring that looks like something they use in the shop to keep track of the keys? Just seems some things were forgotten or mismanaged after having my car for 2 days. Sorry so long. I'll need to come back to have them hear the noise. More

The service aspect was missing in the whole transaction. No communication on the repairs done and what needs to be done. Even though i went to Shaun before taking delivery, he didnt even mind to share a sum No communication on the repairs done and what needs to be done. Even though i went to Shaun before taking delivery, he didnt even mind to share a summary and next steps. Very disappointed. Ride for pickup was offered but the ride arrived a good 45 mins after the schedule. Shaun said he will book it for 12:15 PM and didnt respond to text messages when the ride didnt arrive. This left me waiting in my lobby for good 45 mins on a monday. Not a good experience at all. More
