Shaun went the extra mile to research my vehicle's problem when no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Shaun was very professional, friendly and funny and kept me informed while I waited for the services to be completed. The services were done in a timely manner and I didn’t have to wait long. Once completed me informed while I waited for the services to be completed. The services were done in a timely manner and I didn’t have to wait long. Once completed Shaun explained everything that was done and what my vehicle would be needing next in the future. While waiting I checked out the vehicles on the sales floor and was approached by Greg. He understood that I was just looking while I waited but answered every question I had. We had a great conversation and he would definitely be the guy I go to when we decided to shop for a new vehicle. Prior to my appointment, I spoke with James in the parts department and he gave me pricing for parts that I know my vehicle will be needing in the future and made sure that I had all of the information I needed to prepare. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or encountered on site was extremely helpful and a friendly face. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership service center! More

From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with kindness and respect. Rebecca was great at listening to my wants and need and made sure my wishes were followed.
