I had a very positive experience with Veronica as my salesperson. She was welcoming immediately upon my arrival. She maintained communication with me both before and after my appointment to keep me informed regarding the vehicle. I had experienced a car accident resulting in my vehicle being totaled, and upon informing Veronica of the situation, she and Shaun assisted me with the vehicle's pricing, which enabled me to acquire a new car when I needed to do so. I am very satisfied with the process and appreciative of their attentiveness to customers in times of need. Veronica also offered to transport me to the rental car location so that I could depart with my new vehicle from there. I recommend scheduling an appointment with Veronica, particularly if it is your first time in a dealership. More
