I had a serious Employees were very patient with me and professional. Thank you. I was very upset that I had to give up my previous vehicle unwilling. I had a serious attachment to that car due to my father’s recent passing. He bought that car and I made it my duty to keep it. And it was hard to let it go, But the situation at hand was beyond my control. Needless to say, my new car is wonderful. It’ll have to grow on me, but I’m forever grateful. Thank you Kandi, Sharon and Brendon. I’ll be back for my Jeep Wrangler! More

Worst car buying experience in my life. I Purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 2 weeks ago. I found the vehicle online. It was exactly as my Wife had asked other than the color. I de I Purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 2 weeks ago. I found the vehicle online. It was exactly as my Wife had asked other than the color. I dealt with a Sales person named Sharon. This vehicle was about 3k more than an exact model that was black (Wifes 1st Choice) and had and yours had 4k more miles. I told Sharon I would buy the car for 29.9k same price as the ad for the other competitors vehicle. She brought a manager out of the tower and said His vehicle had undergone a 159 point inspection and needed nothing. That it was certified bumper to bumper for an additional 9k miles. On Saturday night the 19th it was coming a flood. I should have know better to accept delivery of a vehicle I could not properly inspect. My mistake for believing Your manager who stated this Summits needs nothing. He came down $600.00 from the internet price. Which put me about 2,600 over the Summit I found at a competitors dealership. I leave the vehicle and found the cruise control crash sensor was inoperable on my way home. I immediately called the salesperson Sharon and advised her. She said bring it back and they would make it right. Then the next day Sunday suns out and I can inspect the car, so much for it needed nothing... The windshield was cracked and the hood had hail damage all over it. I call Sharon again, She stated it would all be addressed. We drive the Summit back on Monday the 21st. I met with Sharon and a different Sales Manager. I pointed the cracked windshield and hail damage and showed him how the front sensor was out. He said they would make it all right. 3 days later they called saying it was ready.. The windshield was repaired and SOME of the hail damage was removed and was told the sensor fixed. Well as I get on interstate try cruise control same warning saying front sensor unavailable and the button on the lower console lit up saying off. I call Sharon AGAIN and she said we would have to bring it back AGIAN. I called her on Sunday and asked would Wednesday be good to bring it back, so I took another half day off from work meet Sharon at 2 Oclock she takes the keys and says have a seat. A little after 5 she comes back and says they have to order a part and I would have to bring it back a 3rd time. I went thru the roof. I made an appointment sit there for over 3 hours to be told sorry come back again. I live in DOUGLASVILLE which is a heck of a drive. I told them I would not take more time off from my job and would not drive the Summit out of there again until it was made right. The district service manager steps in and puts me in a loaner sends me off after about 4.5 hours. After day 4 I call dealership about 1030 a.m. for an update. I was told Darrel the Service manager was busy but would call me right back. He did call about 5 p.m. and said he was still waiting on a part. I forgot to mention in my frustration 4 days prior that the passenger side rear window leaked pretty bad in a drive thru carwash and after further inspection it was obvious the 2 doors on the passenger side was NOT the factory paint. Although the manager who closed the deal with me stated He would be glad to provide me a clean carfax on the Summit, and I told him I would take his word, another mistake on my part. Finally 7 days later I get a call about 430 p.m. saying the vehicle was ready. I asked to speak with the sales manager I had meet with the 1st time I returned the Summit. I asked him to walk outside so other customers would not hear Our conversation. I advised him that as the former Retired Police Chief with 30 years of service that out of conservatively 150 vehicle transaction, 24 personal in my lifetime This Was no doubt the Worst experience I have ever had. Giving several reasons why, with many revolving around a total lack of communication. The manager stated it was all Sharon's fault which first off was not true and second pitifully weak on his part as He had been involved himself with this cluster. It think it is also worth noting the that this Jeep which I was told needed nothing because it had been thru a rigours 159 point inspection and had been CERTIFIED preowned but when I picked it up from the service department after its 2nd trip in a week, I was provided a laundry list of items the service Technician said needed my immediate attention. Sharon dropped the ball the night I came to pickup the Summit as She failed to call me back after she said she would for 2 hours. But beyond that Sharon along with the District Service Manger who was at the Dealership by happenstance were the only glimmer of light I had in this nightmare. Chris Womack Dougalville Chief of Police Ret. Anyone who would like to call and discuss this matter further, it would be welcomed. Note: This response was made due to a email I recieved ASKING for my opinion. Also note I grew up in the car business as my Dad Don Womack opened Douglas County Dodge in about 1976. He and my Brother Mickey Womack both devoted their lives to this industry. My Brother was a Finance Manager with the South Towne Dealerships in Newnan GA., until He was murdered. I would like to go on record saying dispite the fact one of Her Managers attempted to use Sharon as the fall guy for this calamity of poor service, She had very little to do with it. A vehicle of the caliber I purchased should have NEVER been listed for sale with all the attention it needed. And should have Never been presented as a "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle". My case may very well be an isolated event, I hope your experience is better. More
