I had a very disappointing experience with the business manager, Joel Fereida. When I approached him to request cancellation of my Honda extended warranty, he immediately told me it could not be cancelled manager, Joel Fereida. When I approached him to request cancellation of my Honda extended warranty, he immediately told me it could not be cancelled. When I tried to ask further questions, he became dismissive and rudely told me to get away from him. The situation escalated and other staff members had to get involved. Later, after I followed up by email asking for an update, I was informed that the cancellation request was only sent out today March 11,2026 when the requested and signed date was 02/10/2026. This raises serious concerns about whether the request would have been processed at all if I had not followed up. Customers deserve clear information and professional treatment, especially when dealing with financial products like warranties. My experience with the handling of this cancellation and the way I was spoken to was very disappointing. I suggest research more on these issues before commiting anything because they would keep in the dealership the whole day faking that they are getting the paper works ready when in reality they are just looking to exhaust you more and hence agree to whatever addons they put at the end because you are in a rush to get things done now because you are very overwhelmed. More

Excellent customer service by Marvin even though he was being pulled in many directions by other customers and salespeople. The dealership was great. I always have had a good experience dealing with Hillside Honda. I've bought many cars from them over the years. My salesman Noel Rodriguez was outstanding...very professional and efficient. A wonderful experience overall !! The only knock against the dealership was that they lost my original registration (the one for the glove box) and I had to purchase a replacement registration from NYS DMV at a cost when I originally paid for it during the purchase of my HR-V. Also, in my dealings with the front desk, Ashley Verdun was fantastic....she tried to help find that missing registration but to no avail. She was awesome answering my questions about a few other things too. More
