I had a very disappointing experience with the business manager, Joel Fereida. When I approached him to request cancellation of my Honda extended warranty, he immediately told me it could not be cancelled manager, Joel Fereida. When I approached him to request cancellation of my Honda extended warranty, he immediately told me it could not be cancelled. When I tried to ask further questions, he became dismissive and rudely told me to get away from him. The situation escalated and other staff members had to get involved. Later, after I followed up by email asking for an update, I was informed that the cancellation request was only sent out today March 11,2026 when the requested and signed date was 02/10/2026. This raises serious concerns about whether the request would have been processed at all if I had not followed up. Customers deserve clear information and professional treatment, especially when dealing with financial products like warranties. My experience with the handling of this cancellation and the way I was spoken to was very disappointing. I suggest research more on these issues before commiting anything because they would keep in the dealership the whole day faking that they are getting the paper works ready when in reality they are just looking to exhaust you more and hence agree to whatever addons they put at the end because you are in a rush to get things done now because you are very overwhelmed. More

I always heard the saying to never trust car salesmen, but I would have never thought I would actually fall victim to these types of scam artists. I was lied to about so many things. Worst experience ever but I would have never thought I would actually fall victim to these types of scam artists. I was lied to about so many things. Worst experience ever. I will say that Ashley Verdun however was amazing and very forthcoming. Ray Zaman on the other hand, lied about when my payments would actually start. Then after speaking with the lienholder and finding out that my payments will actually start in a month and not "two months" like Ray had stated, I then reached out back to him to find out why I was lied to. Ray's response was "actually you have 10 days grace period after your due date and with weekends included that is approximately 2 months". So deceitful! Mohammed Chowdhury lied about me actually NEEDING to have all the extra service coverages such as " Honda Care and Multi Shield Protection' (an extra $4,000 added to my loan) in order to be approved of the loan. They took advantage of my vulnerability and desperation to purchase a new vehicle. NEVER AGAIN! More

Everyone there are rude and bad attitude. Leaves hidden fees without letting customers know what they have to pay.
