As part of our purchase agreement they agreed to fix the rear bumper panel, as it was loose, and they said they knew what needed to be done. Spent 4 1/2 hrs there filled out all paperwork, they made me get insurance even tho I wasnt taking car with me. I asked to leave a deposit and they said it wasnt necessary because the financing already went me get insurance even tho I wasnt taking car with me. Came back two days later to pick up car and im told that it needed $7000;in repairs so they sent it to auction. Nobody ever even bother to caĺl me. Then after I go home and run the vin I find out the car is a 2017 and not a 2013 as advertised and I think they discovered their mistake and needed to sell it quick to someone else or make it disappear. We will find out. More

This place makes all the typical “used car” dealership stereotypes experiences true. I inquired about a used truck they have for sale listed at 41,400. Let’s do the math.. 41.4k plus 3k taxes plus an extremely high “dealer fee” of 1400 and tag transfer of about 300 comes to 46,100k. So 45k is a reasonable offer. Her initial response was that I wasn’t “local” so they wouldn’t be making money on me on future maintenance and I’m not a repeating customer. Finally, after hours of waiting for their counter, I had to reach out to the sales person who was helping me and once he called me back their counter was 49k.
