There was only one thing I wanted replaced on the truck and Tim made that happen for me. Shane was a financial wizard and nailed it with the payments I wanted. I was in my truck in one day. They took care of every detail for me so I had no worries. I drove it off the lot with everything in order. Tim also took an incredible amount of time (in a relaxed manner) to make sure I knew how every feature worked.
