As soon as we got back from our test drive, Juliana answered all of our questions and as soon as we wanted to talk numbers, she got to work and presented an offer to us that was lower than we expected (and a trade offer higher than we expected)...My husband and I were shocked - that's never happened to us or anyone we even know. I met Aaron and spoke about wanting to by a traverse within the ext couple of months. Fast forward to the end of March and my husband went to talk to Aaron again about the purchase of a new traverse. Aaron was very professional throughout the whole process. He allowed us to view both the traverse and Acadia and helped pick a vehicle that was going to meet our growing family's needs. We decided on a 18 traverse and purchased it the same day. The following week we met with Shane in the finance department and received the same professionalism from him! My 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT/Z71 has been nothing short of spectacular so far! I could tell Tim had a feeling I wasn’t sure what I was doing so he talked me through everything. Highly recommend Symdon and especially Tim! Shane and Angela were also very wonderful to deal with and answered every question I had and were quite patient with me. More
