Cindy referred me to Tim who helped me find a vehicle that not only met my personal needs, but also my budget as well. Shane explained all of my financing options in a way that made sense and helped find a loan that was affordable and had a great interest rate. Most meaningful, however, are the phenomenal personal touches. While I was signing finance papers, Tim programmed my favorite radio stations into my new car. In the first few days of owning my vehicle, employees have checked in to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase which I can happily say that I am! It's an hour drive from where I live to Mount Horeb and I would happily drive that and further to be treated as kindly as I was at Symdon! More

It was about 2 pm when we arrived at the dealership to test drive it without an appointment so, we weren't sure if Michael would be available to assist us. He was working with another client but, he got us comfortable and we inspected the vehicle and test drove it. We had traveled quite a way to see the vehicle so we did not want to make the trip back to pick up the vehicle so the team got everything ready very fast to accommodate us. Found my perfect new car at my own pace I have been talking about buying a new car for over a year and either haven't been lucky in a search or was turned off by pushy sales reps. I was connected with Julianna Mahieu through my employer's discounts. Julianna worked with me and was extremely responsive when I first made my request for a vehicle and then also backed down when I stated that I wasn't just ready to buy. However, when we made the move to finally buy, Julianna was quick to be able to respond with the exact vehicle I was looking for. We made an appointment to test drive the car, fell in love and were able to be driving the new car (after trading in my old one) in less 24 hours. I was very happy with our sale and working with Shane Jenkins on financing our vehicle. I would recommend them both to anyone. More
