Patience with a difficult customer When I was 18 and I tried purchasing a new car and every dealership I went to either wouldn't come out to greet me in the lot or tried to sell me some When I was 18 and I tried purchasing a new car and every dealership I went to either wouldn't come out to greet me in the lot or tried to sell me something I didn't want, that was until I went to Symdon's and met Tim. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Fourteen years latter I still go to Tim. Recently I needed a new car but had no clue what I wanted. Tim took the time to work with me (no joke almost a whole day an then some). I told him what I was kind of looking for and he kept grabbing vehicles off the lot for me to test drive. After MANY hours of test driving I found what I wanted but it wasn't exactly everything I wanted. Tim and his team took the time and found the perfect vehicle and only took a few days. Shane was great with the purchasing process made it easier filling out what felt like a 100 forms. I love my new vehicle!!! More

Great experience We had been looking for a vehicle for over a year. On the original trip to Symdon motors Aaron Boczkiewicz greeted us in the parking lot, we told him We had been looking for a vehicle for over a year. On the original trip to Symdon motors Aaron Boczkiewicz greeted us in the parking lot, we told him we were not buying now and he showed us 3 models that we were interested in. Aaron knew we were not buying that day but gave us the same courtesy and TLC a buyer would have wanted. He pulled the 3 models out into the parking lot and let us go through every detail of them. Not surprising, a year later when we knew what model we wanted Aaron is who we came to. Aaron found the car we wanted, gave us a great deal and we couldn't be happier. A lesson to salesman who don't go the extra mile when someone drives through their parking lot "just looking".....guess what , customers do remember how they are treated ! Kudos to Shane Jenkins as well for processing the paperwork to get the car into our hands a day early !! This was our first purchase at Symdon. More
