Everywhere I went I felt attacked as soon as I arrived, several pushy and dishonest salesman made me think twice about purchasing my car there. My first experience at Hyundai was incredible! Shane Ippolito approached us and helped me pick a car that I really liked. He was very easygoing and helpful. We spent many hours at the dealership test driving several different cars. Shane walked up and down the lot searching for different colors and models and we finally found the perfect car! He has incredible patience and fulfilled every one of our requests. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. He assisted us in finding the right car at the right price and I would highly recommend him to everyone. More

During a service for our 2013 velostar I was walk around the lot just looking waiting for our car , Shane came up to us and ask if we needed a drink and if we are looking at any thing special . He has an awesome knowledge of the car and all the options . I will NEVER buy another car from any other dealership . I drive from Clearwater to new port richey . It's worth the drive . We were there last week and admist a pouring rain storm Shane helped us find 2 new cars. We were waliking around the lot like a bunch of ducks in a pond. Even with all the rain we had a blast. Shane was fantastic even soaking wet he did a great job. We found the cars we wanted and he was very thorough in explaining all the features and options. He even downloaded our phones to the blue tooth in each car. Service like that is why I came back to you. Everyone else was very helpful and well . Courtney did a great job of explaining all the extras available to us and got all the financing handled in a very professional manner. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Shane a 12.
