What an Experience! This is the first time I have ever shopped for a vehicle on the internet. I inquired at few different Volkswagen dealers about the 2018 Jetta. I inquired on what I wanted and I received responses fairly quickly. Then your representative James O'Neill called and ask me what I wanted and what I needed for a vehicle. What was I using the vehicle for and he gave me the exact deal and the exact car I wanted.. I saved a few hundred dollars over the local dealers here in the DFW area. I arrived at the dealership car was ready for me. Went for a test drive all the numbers where the same as we discussed on the phone (nothing hidden) and I was out of the dealership in about a hour to hour and half. All the staff was super friendly. Shane was great to talk to about my options, Tyler did my paperwork and it was just the most awesome experience I have had buying a car... Go to Street its worth the drive!!! They look into and work on getting me the best deals possible that work for me. Every time I visit my dealership I feel welcomed and am treated not only like a customer, but a member of the Volkswagen family. I recommend everyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle to visit and give them a try. The experience here is always one were you are completely informed, educated and carefree of feeling pressured into buying a vehicle. The team perfectly works together to make the process quick and easy without leaving out any information that is beneficial to the consumer.
