Great Atmosphere and Great Deal I had been shopping online and looked at the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. I contacted 3 other dealerships and received a prompt email then afterwards recei I had been shopping online and looked at the 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. I contacted 3 other dealerships and received a prompt email then afterwards received a call from July. He asked me what I was looking for and directed me to James. He called me shortly thereafter. Asked me what I was looking for in the Tiguan asked me what I was driving. Took the time to ask me colors and options. Had exactly what we wanted and we came in test drove the vehicle looked at my trade . Few minutes later had the deal I wanted for our payments and are trade in. But most of all it was the friendliness of everyone there. They are all friendly and polite to my family. And even Tyler the manager ordered dinner for my family. I drove from Lubbock got exactly what I wanted. Wife and son was happy and they treated us like family and we appreciate that! Excellent Experience with The Volkswagen Family. I have to explain my car story in my life. I am an Indian here in USA on a work visa. Being a resident alien in USA without car life is miserable. I have to explain my car story in my life. I am an Indian here in USA on a work visa. Being a resident alien in USA without car life is miserable. I suffered alot with the used car that i bought in 2009 and was used until 2011. Lots of money spent on that car. No one guided and supported me at that point. With that ugly experience, when i started my 2nd term working in NM,USA in 2015 i was very careful in buying a car. First we decided not to buy a used one, and go for a brand new. On a fine sunny day we (me,my wife and my 2 daughters with an Indian uncle) started looking for different brand new cars in Amarillo. We went to almost all branded car showrooms and finally we decided to go with Honda or Nissan with a certain model by evening. After finalizing that we came out nissan showroom and saw volkswagen car showroom (which gave me a feel like it was the last one in that car world and in my search) and i said to my wife let us go and have a final look over there. Till that point i have no choice of volkswagon in my mind. I saw a person(David Ortiz) standing in front of the showroom near the cars and walking towards us.He was very respectful, very patient and we had a nice talk.He guided us to Shane Giese by saying there was a good deal for people like me.There onwards Shane and David were both explaining me about leasing car instead buying and their benefits.We were very impressed with his info and decided in that last minute to buy Passat sedan type in March2015. The whole process went pretty fast and ready to start with my new car by evening around 6-8pm. It was an awesome experience. we thanked God for making me to connect with good people like Shane and David to solve my car problem. we were very happy using the brand new car until 22rd Feb 2018. The only problem i faced with the car wasrelated to steering wheel. when hands are taken off the wheel for a while, the car slightly pivitos either to the right or the left.Twice i notified the maintainence and service , but it was not fixed.Again David asked me to trade in my car .We thought to go and see the new models but these people impressed us with their business skills and we closed the deal with in 6 to 7 hours.We return home with our new Tiguan suv on 23rd February2018. and felt very happy.Hope no problems with this new one. Thanks to these wonderful people Shane and David and to the Volkswagen family.Their hospitality was extremly impressive.
