Toyota of Cleveland, the no pressure, no nonsense dealership ToC was a great dealership to work with, I have always avoided large dealerships due to the high pressure, sales gimmick style of business. They force you into things you don’t want, and services you don’t need. I went because a good friend of mine highly recommended certain individuals there and hasn’t bought many vehicles from them. I will happily be back, dealing with Stockton, Shane, Joey and Alfred was a breeze. Had I not been so picky and driven several different options we would’ve been in and out. The atmosphere is great, very family friendly, snacks and drinks for yourself and the family while you go through the process. It was definitely a pleasure and we will be back. Only downfall, you have to ring the bell before you get the keys. :) More

Zane Abdullah was our salesman and was very professional with knowledge of the Camry and very helpful in ever way possible. From meeting me on the lot, to locating 2 pacifiers for our grandson Max, during the final stages, he was fantastic!! He was always wanting to help in any was possible, from answering any questions, to helping my wife with Max. Couldn't ask for a nicer young man. Shane, the Sales Manager, was very helpful also with getting the deal done and making sure that everyone was taken care of and seeing our time went smoothly. Then there was Alfred Polk, the Finance Man!! He endured us for the longest!! And that means our grandson!! We were on borrowed time, but Alfred was experience and very patient with us. He used his ProPad on his desk to perfection! We signed and signed and he made the finance part very friendly and easy for us. Every finance man should have one of those pads.!!! He explained all the extra programs and warranties to us and was very thorough, which I appreciated. All three young men went out of their way to make our time at the dealership meaningful and worth our time. It was a trying time since we had grandson, but they were very helpful and we were very appreciative.!! We're looking forward to driving our Camry for a long time and will definitely tell other people about Toyota of Cleveland. Very professional,very knowledgeable and very patient with us. There wasn’t a question that we asked, that he didn’t know the answer to or knew where to get it. We also met up with their sales manager Shane and general manager Monte, who welcomed us to their home away from home. We did lease the highlander and now my husband is test driving a 4 runner for the weekend to see if he wants to lease or buy it. With the right numbers, this may happen on Monday. Can’t say enough about how awesome this dealership and employees were to us. I have never driven a Toyota, but the kindness of these gentlemen, may have a new client for life. How I purchased a 2017 Tacoma from Toyota of Cleveland today (2/12/18). I had been looking for a Tacoma for months and never intended to buy so new. However, when I saw this truck and test drove it, I knew I had to try to make it feasible to buy. The folks at Toyota of Cleveland made my pipedream a reality by knocking $2500 off sticker price and working with me to keep the overall price and payment where I needed it. Jeff (Salesman), Joey (Used Car Manager) and Shane (the guy who makes the numbers work) were all top notch and exceeded my expectations. I BIG THANK YOU to all the guys and gals at Toyota of Cleveland for getting me back into a Tacoma!! More
