I had a great experience at Germain Honda. I was very pleased with the courteous service and I truly felt that I was treated fairly. These guys were all terrible once the sale was over! Once I had issues with a new car they were completely unprofessional, condescending and rude. Never trust these guys-they are only there for the sale and then you are on your own...2010 Honda CRV...messed up my window tint 3 time so far and also scratched my car when the changed the pinstripe which was coming off...still coming off and now is coming off and damaged still...stay away The customer satisfaction manager contacted me after I left feedback...he made promises, but never followed through...like the rest of them. Still have a damaged (NEW) car from them and still unhappy...they did not even get the info on the title the way we wanted it... More

Warm greetings from all. Salesperson focused on vehicle I was interested in. Allowed me to examine vehicle without interruption. Not pushy or agresssive. Seref was a very friendly and personable salesman. Germain Honda gave me an honest and fair deal. It was my first "big" purchase, and the first car I bought on my own, so I spent a lot of time researching which direction to go. Looking back on my experience, I can say that they sold me a quality vehicle at a great price. I wasn't hassled or pushed in any direction. They examined my needs with me and made sure that the decision was all mine. They were courteous and respectful when I asked for some time to gather my thoughts. Even after the sale, they continue to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received at their dealership. I would recommend my salesperson, Seref Denizeri, or any of the team members at Germain Honda to any person looking for a great deal on a great vehicle. And when time comes for me to purchase my next vehicle, I will certainly sit down with this dealership to talk again. More

I cannot tell you have important and how thankful it was to work with a dealership that was straight to the point with my purchase. I am not a person who likes to "wheel and deal". I understand that you guys are in business to make money as well as pay your bills. We were able to reach an agreement before I can to the dealership and once I arrived the deal did not change. The service from the sales staff as well as knowledge was GREAT! It was the best car dealing experience I have ever had. I hope the sales persons receive the bonus or award or whatever that wioll help their career. More

Serif Denizeri was a patient, knowledgeable salesman. He knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes driv knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes drive from my house. We took a year to make the dcision and Mr. Denizeri was just as pleasant after a year as he had been the first day. I can tell you that we looked at other cars at other dealerships. I was surprised by the lack of product knowledge, lack of cortesy and an inability to LISTEN to the customer at other places. If Mr. Denizeri decided to move to Toyota or Buick we would follow him there. I feel there was a disconnect between the saleman and the finace person, in that i think I ended up paying more than we had originally agreed upon, but aas for the sales part, we are more than satisfied.
