Worst experience ever. Avoid this dealership like the plague. Sebastian and Jacques are the worst "managers" EVER! Lies Lies Lies And excuses excuses excuses. Waiting for a car and got constant run aroun plague. Sebastian and Jacques are the worst "managers" EVER! Lies Lies Lies And excuses excuses excuses. Waiting for a car and got constant run around. Was told by Sebastian to cancel my deal and go to another dealership. REALLY? LATER this morning Jacques came on phone without identifying himself and told us they were not responsible for all the bogus info we were given. He then told me he did not need my business and Sebastian in the background said he didn't need me he will sell the car with no problem. Rude Rude and disrespectful no remorse it compassion for issue they caused. Stay clear of this dealership. They are NOT customer oriented. More
