Sean Opersteney sets the bar for customer service. I went into the dealership not sure if I was going to leave with a car. We all know that dealerships will tell you anything to get you in the door, wh I went into the dealership not sure if I was going to leave with a car. We all know that dealerships will tell you anything to get you in the door, which is something I've experienced several times. I met with Sean Opersteny who right off the bat made me feel welcomed, you could tell he was a genuine person and wasn't faking a smile to get a sale. He was very honest about my situation but assured me he would do everything in his power to get me a great deal. He worked very hard to find the best vehicle that suited my needs and a deal that wouldn't break the bank. I drove out of the dealership with my first reliable, comfortable and new car. I can honestly say I don't think this would have happened without Sean's help, as I could tell he truly cared about my situation and did everything in his power to make sure I was leaving with a vehicle. Everyone at Ron Carter Hyundai acted professional and were very kind, but Sean truly sets the bar for customer service. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you, Sean! More
