Everything and everyone was great. The experience was smooth and without any real issues. I do wish I had been told that I already had the 10k service conducted at 7k miles! The service man I left my Rav 4 . Turning 20,000 miles . Called me and said he was done . I asked about the oil he said it didn’t need changing that was at 15000 .
