I was looking at a big repair bill for my transmission, probably $9k, but they got it covered by GM. What a nice surprise. Bought my truck with a nail head sized indentation in a piece of the dash board. I was assured it would be repaired or replaced. Service Manager Sean decided to have a “guy he knows” to repair it. By th piece of the dash board. I was assured it would be repaired or replaced. Service Manager Sean decided to have a “guy he knows” to repair it. By the end the so called repair the damage went from the size of a nail head to the size of my hand. Sean has yet to call me back with the replacement piece over 3 weeks later so I may have to go through GM Customer Service and bring it to another dealer to be replaced. More
