Over the last 2 years, I could not begin to write all the issues with both the Sales Dept as well as the Service Dept. Today was just the tip of the iceberg. Although I have had issues in the past, I receive issues with both the Sales Dept as well as the Service Dept. Today was just the tip of the iceberg. Although I have had issues in the past, I received an email with a Oil Change Special via email for 79.00 IF i made and appt after 1:00 pm M-F. I took them up on this offer and set an appointment. Since I had made a reservation (appt) to get this done, I would think you may not necessarily drop off and get right in, however when i was informed it would be a 2 hour wait to get my truck in, I thought what the heck. What was the advantage of setting an appointment?? Again, if this was the only issue I have ever had with this dealership, I would chalk it up to bad timing. Without going into great detail, it all started with buying the truck. Being told it was a Certified Warranty Truck that carried a 7 year 70,000 mile coverage, only to find out this was a warranty that they added as an aftermarket warranty that had quite a few limitations. Such as sun visors are NOT covered. What truck has less than 25000 miles on it and both visors are broken. They of course covered both visors to be fixed for the deductible of $100.00. There are a few other issues but dont want to write a novel here. I think there are 3 different business's under one roof here and NON of them talk with each other to provide any kind of acceptable customer service. I hope the manufactures rep can be advised that this dealership needs some serious attention when it come to CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

This Dealership is tops in my book. Always has been since I bought my first new Ram 1500 truck here in 2020. I returned to purchase another new Ram 1500 2022. Still feel that this deale Always has been since I bought my first new Ram 1500 truck here in 2020. I returned to purchase another new Ram 1500 2022. Still feel that this dealership meets my needs. Kudos to this dealership for never raising their prices to ridiculous ranges. Recently inflation left them no choice but to increase across the board. I am glad the extra pinch is minimal enough to feel satisfied by me to pony up for great service and quality parts. I hope to get another new vehicle here soon. Thank you to all in the service department who work on my trucks for keeping them in great road worthy shape. More

My husband and I ordered a 2024 Wrangler in June, and our salesman, Sean, neglected to inform us that the manual transmissions were currently under recall. He told us it should be done in 2-4 months, and eve salesman, Sean, neglected to inform us that the manual transmissions were currently under recall. He told us it should be done in 2-4 months, and even bragged about how he was really good at getting orders done before others, showing us other customers' orders that were partially complete. Unfortunately, the auto workers shutdown happened about 3 months afterwards, and after waiting 6 months, our new jeep had had no updates beyond receiving a VIN number. At that point, we had no idea if or when our order would ever be complete and had to look at used cars. We ended up buying a used Jeep from another dealership. Later on, Sean texted us finally telling us our Jeep would be ready in a few weeks. I respectfully told him that due to the extenuating circumstances and the more than doubled wait time, we had to cancel our order. He did not reply, but texted me another update the next week, in which I once again reminded him we would not be purchasing the vehicle. The manager then called me and promised he would look into transferring our $500 deposit to the service department if possible. We never heard back from this manager. Sean texted me one final time saying the car was in, out of curiosity, I asked if they raised the price. They had, and when I once again reminded him I would not be buying the vehicle, he sent me a string of incredibly unprofessional texts. We will not be doing business with this dealership ever again and will instead drive to another Jeep dealership for any service needs in the future. I was appalled by Sean's willingness to ignore my 3 different notifications that I was no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle due to the dealership's lack of transparency regarding the manual transmission recall, the extended wait time without any communication, and the unprofessionalism in Sean's responses when he finally realized he wouldn't be getting a sale (along with the manager's unprofessionalism in assuring us he would try to find a way to give us a credit on our deposit, then never getting back to us). I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere! More
