The car wasn't ready and prepped for us even knowing that we came from Fairbanks. The car was dirty and being used for a loaner. There was also dings and a large dent in the fender that hasn't been reported. we came from Fairbanks. The car was dirty and being used for a loaner. The team was very kind and helpful. At no point did I feel pressured or like someone was trying to pull a fast one.
