Scott was great to work with. He has been attentive to my worries throughout the sales process. As for the sales manager, the person I usually work with (Zach, who is awesome by the way) was off so I got to work with the big boss, Andy (the GM). Andy was great to work with and he made some concessions for me during the sale because I've been a loyal customer. It made me happy that I returned once again to Honda of Lincoln for my purchase.
