I started with Luther in 2009, and every year since 2010, I have earned the Mark of Excellence award from General Motors for Outstanding Product Knowledge and Customer Satisfaction. This is the worst dealer ship I have ever had to deal with!!! STAY AWAY! Im out of state and they advertised a truck on their website I was interested in so I called the dealer and I must have asked with!!! STAY AWAY! Im out of state and they advertised a truck on their website I was interested in so I called the dealer and I must have asked the sales person I spoke with 10 times if they were sure the truck was available and nothing was pending on the truck, the sales person had to go to his manager and came back it was defiantly available and sent me many pictures of the truck as well as the final pricing sheet with the manager signed off on it, (and I have proof in my text and emails). Great far as I was told the truck is available, I was hesitant about doing the hard credit pull with the application until I knew 100% as verified by a manager and the sales person that the truck was available, I filled out the app and submitted and my credit was run ONLY to have the sales person text me back after an hour and a half working the deal "oh sorry this truck has a pending offer". This was the biggest joke of a deal ever and the dealership did a hard credit pull on me knowing somewhere there was another offer on the vehicle and not telling me. I have bought so many cars in my life and this is a "professional GMC dealership", they run the dealership like Sals bait and switch back alley buy here pay here.. I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY. LEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

This dealership is local and convenient. Ron as a salesman is respectful considerate and motivated to help the customer. Nick from Finance is spot on with his work ethic and interpersonal skills. The manager at this site is down to earth and cares about his customers experience and wants to assure any issues are resolved to assure returning customers. He will intervene wherever necessary. Right now is not the best time to buy a vehicle w higher prices due to demand, low inventory and low trade in allowances. More
