I grew up in Stillwater, MN and currently live in Hudson, WI. I began my automotive sales career in 2007. I started with Luther in 2009, and every year since 2010, I have earned the Mark of Excellence award from General Motors for Outstanding Product Knowledge and Customer Satisfaction. I pride myself in being an honest and straight forward person. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants with my family.

Tim Quite frankly that is a bull shit non responsive corporate response to a legitimate problem that I have. I think you know I was referred to you by a neighbor and friend of yours. All I can say is WOW as I guess this will end in litigation as YOUR people drove this truck 400 miles while the transmission was leaking. I drove it 120 miles and when I found out it was leaking all over my garage I didn’t move it until getting directions from GMC. I spent over 6 hours messing around trying to get it towed to a dealership 10 miles away. I won’t get it back until at least Tuesday...so I had it less than a day and it will be in the shop at least 6. We’ve purchased GM vehicles for over 30 years and you’re providing this litigious response is at a minimum an embarrassment to your dealership but also GM in general. I will ensure all my friends and family know how you deal with defects with your products. This will not end well for your dealership.
