My vehicle was 6,000 miles past the powertrain warranty and Scott was able to work with FCA to have them cover 75% of the cost to repair a check engine light. Great service! I’ve had my car serviced here for several years. Scott and Brian have always, always been great to deal with. Very helpful, they keep me informed on m I’ve had my car serviced here for several years. Scott and Brian have always, always been great to deal with. Very helpful, they keep me informed on my car, they’ve gone out of their way to help me with difficult repairs and always very pleasant and friendly. They’ve gone out of their way to keep me a happy customer. Scott even while on vacation has kept me informed on my car. Needless to say, they’re great! Service time and appointments are out of their control but how they deal with me while I wait in the dealer or if I leave my car has always been top notch. I am truly grateful. More
