I was told that my issues couldn’t be addressed unless I bought new tires when I believe I didn’t need new tires. Also, I was quoted $119.00 to program a blank key. Would have been nice to get the key pro bought new tires when I believe I didn’t need new tires. Also, I was quoted $119.00 to program a blank key. Would have been nice to get the key programmed free since I bought a née car there 3 months ago. I will not buy from you again. More

Our experience with Joe Rizza Ford was excellent. We had brake repairs made to our 2010 Fusion SE. Scott our service rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable as was the mechanic who did the work. I am always happy with the service. Honestly I do think the price is higher than what I expected. It would be nice to have a “cafeteria style” options so I can have more options on what I want serviced and the price is higher than what I expected.
