Oil Change I have my daughter getting married in 2 weeks and work full time. My car indicated I needed an oil change. On the same day my iPhone stopped working. I have my daughter getting married in 2 weeks and work full time. My car indicated I needed an oil change. On the same day my iPhone stopped working. In all of this craziness the one thing that went right was my oil change service. They dropped off the courtesy car at my place of business and due to a broken phone I didn’t know that they were trying to return my car to me. I drove to them and the oil change was done and my car washed. I love love love the service department and the staff at Joe Rizza. More

Ford Escape Hatch, Interior Molding/Handle Loose Interior plastic molding on interior of hatch door in my Ford Escape became very loose, even pulling away from the door when trying to use handle to c Interior plastic molding on interior of hatch door in my Ford Escape became very loose, even pulling away from the door when trying to use handle to close hatch. It started to become very difficult to use the hatch at all, since the handle is part of the molding that was pulling away from the door. I took the car in to see if they needed to order parts, etc., expecting to have to make an appointment to come back at a later date. Scott checked it and said they'd be able to take care of it for me that same morning. I was very appreciative of the quick, efficient and courteous service! More

Earlier than expected I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The sales rep. said I had a recall that needed to be taken care of as well. He assured me it I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The sales rep. said I had a recall that needed to be taken care of as well. He assured me it would be done later in the afternoon. They gave me a ride home but my car was done in 3 hours which was fantastic. Thank you for the early and well done job ! More
