Rude service Didnt fill up my windowwasher fluid and scott and Edwardo gms were rude saying not to service other customers if there not regulars. Ignored text message when asking how progress was coming along. Asked the service clerk at the desk she said talk to Your representative face to face, he saw me and walked away. Will not come back here. Told me a full day and have to see part availability when over the phone i was told instock and half a day. Waited three hours after asking i was ready within 20 minutes. More

Service Excellent service by Lauren, she was very professional. During the busy time, Scott forgot about putting my car in the work que, after waiting for a Excellent service by Lauren, she was very professional. During the busy time, Scott forgot about putting my car in the work que, after waiting for about 2 hours I asked Lauren the status of my oil change. Lauren could not find my status and discovered my car was not in the work que for service. Lauren then took care of making sure I was next for service. Scott did apologize for the mishap. More

Service department Overall the service was terrible other than Scott. I took my husband truck in for some recalls and needed up needing brakes which was ok. The cost 600 Overall the service was terrible other than Scott. I took my husband truck in for some recalls and needed up needing brakes which was ok. The cost 600 which was fine to. But they did the job , I picked up truck and they call saying some part was in and the truck had to go back! No one communicated this at all. Picking up truck no one went over anything as well . So Un professional! they have a young girl working in evenings with EarPods in her ear and extremely unprofessional as well. Worst service dep I have been to. I have owned many cars from dealers and never been through this . More

Costumer Service First off this rating is for the costumer service not the repair itself. i dropped off my car and told them i had no way home. which i told them the First off this rating is for the costumer service not the repair itself. i dropped off my car and told them i had no way home. which i told them the night before when i called. so i was told to sit down for 10 mins while they look into it. so after an hour i finally was given some info. mind you this was after i had gotten up and asked whats going on. i texted the number 4 times to see if there was any updates and there was 0 response everytime. so basically i felt ignored and forgotten in my experience. it was not good and i definitely wouldnt recommend it More
