The service went well Everything went great with the service but after my car was service is just taking too long for it to be washed the service taking an hour and a half Everything went great with the service but after my car was service is just taking too long for it to be washed the service taking an hour and a half and for them to finish my car was almost 3 hours More

Very nice experience. Scott let me know everything that I need to repair and keep a lookout for on my car. I was also in the waiting room for only an hour or so. Rude employee. Car wasnt returned like how they received Well when my car was returned to me it was missing the cover for the light. Also my led lights the push button didn't work. And now I have a rattle. Well when my car was returned to me it was missing the cover for the light. Also my led lights the push button didn't work. And now I have a rattle. I had none of this before dropping off my car to the Lincoln dealership. I called Scott service advisor and he was VERY rude to me. But Scott was not rude to my husband when he called back. I am not some stupid person and I don't deserve to be treated any different than a man. Just want my car fixed the correct way. More
