The phone rang and rang for several minutes until someone in sales finally answered. She said service was closed and did not know where my vehicle was. She ultimately transferred me to the general managers voicemail. Gary, called me back about 10 minutes later. He was able to find my car and it was delivered around 6:30p. More

The drivers that picked up and dropped off my car were great. My car was dropping off at 9:30 for the works and had to call at 4:00 because no one ever called to even let me pay.
