Someone hit our car when we were out of town and insura My fiance and I are very happy with our new (to us) car after we were forced to get a new one. Someone hit our car when we were out of town and insurance claimed it was a total loss. While we weren't happy to suddenly be without a car- we were able to get a replacement within one day. We were recommended to Toyota - Gladstone by a coworker and we were taken care of. We were matched with a car that fit our needs and the finance team really worked with us to get the payments that we were able to afford. Our car key battery was low but they replaced it. I think the only thing that would have made our experience better was receiving a full tank of gas (as opposed to the standard half-tank for used cars). Overall, our first experience at a dealership was great and Brion was a great salesman. He really listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us. More
