Fast and easy deal Not your normal " I'd rather have a root canal than step in a car dealership" experience. Basicly did the deal though emails and phone. Carrie did well in getting me to buy the extra package, we have noticed a scratch on the driver side hood hope this will be fixed before the seal coat, and the car b will need scrubbed down from sitting. Rich Gniadek Proven truck dealer I recently visited Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL., and was pleasantly greeted by a team of employees. After describing the custom ordered truck I was I recently visited Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL., and was pleasantly greeted by a team of employees. After describing the custom ordered truck I was looking for, I was told that Rich Gniadek would be the gentleman most qualified for my particular needs. I knew my truck would take a couple months to build, but I also didn't want to place an order and not hear back for 2-3 months. Rich called me every two weeks and gave me an update. Which was perfect, since I too am very busy. It was the perfect amount of attention and information I needed. Rich Gniadek's customer service and knowledge was top notch. THANKS RICH!!!
