The best thing about the waiting room is the huge glass window where you can watch the technician working on your car. It's pretty expensive to bring your 911 in for an oil change compared to other cars b window where you can watch the technician working on your car. It's pretty expensive to bring your 911 in for an oil change compared to other cars but you really understand how much care they put into making sure it's done right and cleanly. Car taken in 3/30/33 and was just picked up last week-6 months later! Old car that parts had to be ordered from Germany. After several months of no communication, I called on several occasions and left mes months later! Old car that parts had to be ordered from Germany. After several months of no communication, I called on several occasions and left message with service advisor who never returned my call. Eventually when I reached him, I was told they could not get the parts and they got them from a place in north GA. 2 more months went by with no communication or response to my call for status. I was told there is no manager over the service advisors that could help with finding out what was going on with my car. This shop has gone down tremendously since the days of Jim Ellis! More

There is a problem after the recall service that was done with the engine cut off' feature that is in built in this car. Called the dealership but have yet to receive a call.
