"Horrible Customer Service"
- Dev PatelI was at Audi Uptown on Nov 30, 2018. We were looking to buy a new Q3. When we walked in the dealership, there were 3 sales person sitting in the center and no one approached us. After 5 mins of browsing vehicles, sales manager Scott Drew came to us asking if anyone is helping us. When we replied no one is then he asked Louis Lu to help us. When Mr Lu came to us, it looked like he was forced to sell a car and was not at all interested in selling us a car. He checked the system and said only one Q3 without backup camera is available which I found funny as when I checked for new cars available on Audi Uptown, it showed quite a few day earlier. We felt like we were not welcomed to this dealership and they thought we were there just to pass time. But this is Audi uptown's loss because we went from this horrible customer service to BMW Markham and ended up buying BMW X1 that day. I think you need to train your sales people for better customer service. If I could I would give a negative stars for customer service.
