Everything service related was fine. Service prices, however, are outrageous. $120 for an alignment and balance when a competitor dealership where my wife takes her vehicle will do the same thing for un however, are outrageous. $120 for an alignment and balance when a competitor dealership where my wife takes her vehicle will do the same thing for under $60. This is the reason I’m hesitant to have other recommended work done while there. I have more reasonable options available. Also, I was never told when the part came in for a recall I received an initial letter about a few months ago. When I got there, I was asked how many miles I’d driven since filling my tank. I said probably no more than 20. I was led to believe they could not, therefore, do the recall at that time (something with the fuel pump). Yet, when I asked how late I could schedule the work on another day, I was told they were going to do it then after all. Something was sprayed or otherwise introduced into the passenger compartment that 2 days later is still overbearing to one’s sense of smell. More
