My worst experience in my entire life at a dealership!! I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and it would’ve been longer but I had to let them know what was going on!!! Heather is terrible!! She told me s waited over 2 hours for an oil change and it would’ve been longer but I had to let them know what was going on!!! Heather is terrible!! She told me she was getting my car ready to go I waited then found her eating at her station!! She said he was multitasking BUT No One was at my vehicle!! I took pictures I waited another 45 minutes!! The managers were ALL in a meeting for hours!! I couldn’t find anyone else to help me!! I emailed Jim Kowolak but he Never emailed or called me!! This Daytona Toyota Service Department is very out dated and lacks in customer communication!! Who waits over 2 hours for an oil change?! They need to clean the coffee area where the knats are flying around and a box of plastic wrapped foods please go look at Daytona Nissan and see how they Value their customers checking in on them occasionally keeping track of their time at the facility!! I have lived here for more than 50 years and never had an experience like this!! I purchased the “ lifetime free oil changes!!But I will Not return I do Not want to spend my lifetime waiting for my car at Daytona Toyota very poor , unacceptable management and service!!! They also said my battery was good But I had to get a new one the next week and Not from Daytona Toyota!! Very disappointed!! LInda Kerr More

So far so good. Service has always been good on current and previous Camry. My gripe was the purchase price and the extra fees on current car. I felt used and abused by the sales person. I drive 60 miles to come to this dealer instead of my local one. The service writers are knowledgeable and helpful and the mechanics are top notch…..just what I would expect from a great car town like D local one.
