By chane, I bough a 2019 Highlaner from an Orlando dealer but when a serious problem arose with it, because I lived in New Smyrna it natrually took it to our local dealer in Daytona. My service admisor Jonathan Maxer helped us with it, and in addition to seeing it through the repair pocess, which was warenteed, he is kindly making sure everything is alright. His exemplary attention to our needs is amazing, then on top of that Mr. Crocker the head manager reached out to' us to assure this great level of service was mainted. what more can I say? I am disappointed that they allow solicitors in waiting room. I was approached by someone claiming that my windshield had a crack and he could have it repaired from my home for free. Instructions were to change the brake fluid. Charged $149.50 for doing this. Brakes failed immediately car was driven away from dealership. E-mailed Service Manager with a request to explain and have now waited 48 hours without a response. We are now considering what should be next steps. Formerly regular customers and now extremely annoyed and disappointed. This could have been fatal. More
