UPDATE: Totally different experience today. I went back and Scott met me almost immediately, took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in. I told him off the bat I wouldn't be purcha I went back and Scott met me almost immediately, took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in. I told him off the bat I wouldn't be purchasing today, he was fine with it and never got pushy or annoying. Very knowledgeable, and spent almost an hour with me. If I end up buying one of the cars we looked at, I'll make sure I call Scott first. Previous: Walked around their used lot this morning for at least half an hour. At least 3 sales people walked right past me, not a single one stopping to ask if I had any questions or needed more information. While I appreciate not having a pack of vultures descend upon me as soon as I step out of my car, a simple "can I answer any questions for you?" would have gone a long way. I ended up leaving without ever talking to anyone. I will make note of a past experience with this same dealership, when they operated under a different name. I saw a sales person when I got out of my car, and approached him saying "I'm interested in looking at your Rav4s" he said "They're over there" gesturing to the used lot, then walked inside. After these 2 experiences, I'm more than happy to shop at a different dealership where customers are appreciated. More

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever been apart of. Scott was wonderful! He wasn’t pushy and was very willing to show me as many cars as I wanted.
