Great Customer Service Walked in with my Pre-Approval letter and drove out with my new car. I was even able to trade my car in even though I still owed and when other car de Walked in with my Pre-Approval letter and drove out with my new car. No Complaints,, I initially contacted Nexcar via on line while searching for a good used truck. After submitting the pre approval application, I was contacted by Sale I initially contacted Nexcar via on line while searching for a good used truck. After submitting the pre approval application, I was contacted by Salesman Kevin Norris. who located the perfect vehicle for my budget. upon arriving at the dealership every employee that i came in contact with were very friendly as well as professional. After approving what i thought was a fair deal the entire process took about an hour. I never felt pressured or that I was getting the short end of the stick...Kevin was super nice and answered all of my questions.. I'm sure all of the sales staff are the same however, I would recommend Kevin!!! Great job Nexcar... More
