As a first time car buyer I've come to learn the difficulties of dealing with salesmen and trying to buy a car. Matt made this process extremely easy and helped me out with all my questions. Most salesmen I had been dealing with were trying to pressure me into looking at cars I wasn't interested in, would persistently pester me by calling or emailing me nonstop, and we're just trying to make a sale. Matt didn't put any pressure on me and made it a really pleasant experience. I drove over an hour so I could do business with Matt and Wilde Jaguar. They are unlike any car dealership and I appreciate all of their help. More

No Pressure - Wilde Made Buying a Car a Pleasure! We needed a second car for minimal usage. My husband found an beautiful Lexus online at Wilde. He contacted Wilde to ensure the car was available be We needed a second car for minimal usage. My husband found an beautiful Lexus online at Wilde. He contacted Wilde to ensure the car was available before we made the 90 minute drive. Matt Lofthouse had answered the call. Upon arriving at Wilde, Matt met us with a smile and a handshake, and had already pulled the car out front for us. Matt is totally professional and personable. We individually took the car for a ride, with Matt aswering our questions and explaining features. We put down a deposit and were going to return in a few days to pick it up. As we were leaving, Matt said, if for any reason you change your mind, call me and I will send you back your check. Now that is what I call No Pressure Sales! Upon our return, Matt took us out to look at the car again, to make sure all was exactly as we expected. We then were taken to Jim Kmetzsch to finish the paperwork. Jim had us sign the required documents, explaining each. He then offered various available warranties which we declined. Again, No Pressure! All of the staff was friendly, the dealership clean... I cannot say enough about Wilde Jaguar and Matt Lofthouse. They actually made buying a car a Pleasant Experience! More

Great Car Buying Experience After shopping for a Jaguar F Type at every Jaguar dealer in Florida, I spoke with Matt at Wilde and he came through with a car I wanted at a price I After shopping for a Jaguar F Type at every Jaguar dealer in Florida, I spoke with Matt at Wilde and he came through with a car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I've had a least 10 new cars. I used to dread going to a dealership to buy a car, this experience was so positive and it worked out exactly how Matt and discussed over the phone. I was worth the 2 hour drive from Orlando to work with Wilde Jaguar and Matt Lofthouse not to mention Jim Kmetzsch in Finance. By the way the 2 hr drive back to Orlando in my new Jaguar F Type was the best 2 hrs I've spent in a car in a long time! More

Felt very comfortable and confident We were looking for a quality used convertible to garage in Florida as we travel back and forth up north. We had visited several dealers in Sarasota a We were looking for a quality used convertible to garage in Florida as we travel back and forth up north. We had visited several dealers in Sarasota and our reactions ranged from uncomfortable to "rip-off" - expecting to find a road-worthy clean auto we found instead cars that were badly in need of major repairs and a "take it or leave it" attitude. We had almost given up when we decided to try Wilde Jaguar. We were immediately greeted by Matt Lofthouse who was not only helpful and friendly but sincere in discussing the car we were interested in buying. Matt told us that the car had just come in on a trade and they hadn't had a chance to "go over" it, but we could test drive it if we wanted to. The test ride showed us that the engine light was lit - but Matt assured us that the car would be diagnosed and whatever it needed would be repaired before we bought it. We returned several days later and the car had been cleaned and detailed and they gave us a copy of the work order showing the repairs that had been made. No pressure from either Matt or Zac - just honest dialog about the car and the repairs that were done. How refreshing and totally opposite of our other experiences. We felt very comfortable and confident. Needless to say we bought the car and have been very happy with our purchase and our experience with Wilde. We have already recommended them to a friend who was in the market for a Lexus. More
