They can't explain why the car vibrates under 25 mph and it shouldn't do that, but they say nothing is wrong with it. Sarah in service is good. She's friendly and does her job. The tension when I walked in was high. There were 2 other women workers and they were cold. Plus you always have to wait at least 10 days to get an appt. If it wasn't under warranty (new engine put in a year ago) I wouldn't go there. Also prices are way too high. More
