Absolute pleasure to buy a car at this estblishment. The car was exactly in the condition that was described and i couldnt ask for anything more. I can buy a car sight unseen from them in the future and not lose sleep and thats saying a lot about them. We had a wonderful experience with CBB and Jeff in particular. He was very prompt with his response when my husband inquired about a car. Even taking the time to send us a video of the car. Yesterday evening however, it became a reality. To experience the most consumer focused process of buying a car (really the ONLY way I will ever buy a car again), you will have to visit Certified Benz and Beemer, and specifically work with Daniel Morgan, Sara Taay, and Dennis Murray. One of my least favorite things to do is purchasing a car, but there are times when it is utterly necessary. So if you feel the same as I do (at least in the car purchasing arena) you know without a doubt the primary key is, genuine and honest communication. I am of the opinion that you WILL, no doubt, get that from this dealer, and specifically from Daniel Morgan, Sara Taay, and Dennis Murray! Each of these individuals did precisely that! We have never experienced such outstanding customer service, open and honest communication, coupled with an unpressured and relaxed environment; it without a doubt is the ultimate standard ANY and EVERY dealership should do their best to not only match but, more importantly, do their utmost to maintain. We are obviously blown away by the experience we had with this gem of a dealership and it's staff. Without a doubt we will be customers for life but will also refer any we know of who is in the market to purchase a vehicle!
