Buying experience with Ashton I appreciated that Ashton listened to what I wanted and then showed me a couple of cars that matched that criteria. Since the car was for my daughter I appreciated that Ashton listened to what I wanted and then showed me a couple of cars that matched that criteria. Since the car was for my daughter I returned with her and he took the time to go over the Fusion and answer her questions. When it came time to finalize the deal I needed to be able to take care of some of the paperwork before the delivery date due to needing to be in another location to deal with a family emergency. Ashton quickly arranged that with the other departments. I was still away on delivery day and Ashton ensured that all details were taken care of and that my daughter was able to feel comfortable in her new car before she drove away. I like that Zender Ford let's their customers decide what they want and when they want they want to make the decision. There is no pressure on either. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Zender and this time I did not even bother to visit the city dealerships. More

Sweet Mercy! I dreaded the idea of shopping for a vehicle, but it had to be done. I shopped a few dealers in Edmonton and they reeked of sales desperation, the old " I'll have to check with my manager" line was used a lot! I went home feeling defeated and disappointed. We popped into Zender quick on our way home with our toddler, and there I met the other man in my life! Christian Davey was awesome! He gave me options, was straight forward, and delivered on his word and then some! His standards were high and impressive, he knew what I wanted and how to take care of us (including our toddler!!! )....... And NEVER once did he say "I'll have to check with my manager" The ladies in finance were easy to work with, and made the process quick and easy. More

We also Met Brandon a sales mgr. Another really nice guy. We were totally in awe with the treatment that we got from all the staff that we dealt with. They all wanted to help us. I.e. I found the price was cheaper than everywhere else I had looked and everyone I dealt with were more than helpful and accommodating! I'm so impressed with the customer service and family feel that I experienced; had lots of laughs, my little boy got spoiled with hot chocolate and little gifts! Vance made the financing way less painful than expected and explained everything step by step for me. Nothing was blindsiding which was very refreshing !! I'm over the moon about my *New Wheels !!!! Great customer service for sales Salesperson was excellent. Only negative was that it took almost 2 weeks to pay out my old loan and I had to pay a few dollars in the interest that ac Salesperson was excellent.
