Buying experience with Ashton I appreciated that Ashton listened to what I wanted and then showed me a couple of cars that matched that criteria. Since the car was for my daughter I appreciated that Ashton listened to what I wanted and then showed me a couple of cars that matched that criteria. Since the car was for my daughter I returned with her and he took the time to go over the Fusion and answer her questions. When it came time to finalize the deal I needed to be able to take care of some of the paperwork before the delivery date due to needing to be in another location to deal with a family emergency. Ashton quickly arranged that with the other departments. I was still away on delivery day and Ashton ensured that all details were taken care of and that my daughter was able to feel comfortable in her new car before she drove away. I like that Zender Ford let's their customers decide what they want and when they want they want to make the decision. There is no pressure on either. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Zender and this time I did not even bother to visit the city dealerships. More
