We came back to Corwin Toyota of Bellevue 21 months after our 1st purchase, because of the fabulous job Cordero Wools & the financial team did for us. I knew that Cordero would go above & beyond what most ca our 1st purchase, because of the fabulous job Cordero Wools & the financial team did for us. Corwin Toyota is an absolute joke of a dealership. I came here after researching numerous vehicles, ready to view, test, and purchase a used vehicle with over 12k cash. The vehicle i had seen on and r I came here after researching numerous vehicles, ready to view, test, and purchase a used vehicle with over 12k cash. The vehicle i had seen on and researched pulled up and immediately I could see damage that wasn't pictured on the website. So without opening a door I turned it down. The salesmen asked me a bit about what I was looking for and throughout this whole experience he was probably the most competent, respectable person I had to deal with. Long story short I ended up buying a used 2018 ford. One owner. Bought and serviced from another local dealer. The car was clean. Test drove wonderfully. Alittle smaller than I wanted but it seemed reliable and well taken care of. So the salesmen pulled it and a few days later I was there for purchase. Well if the first vehicles undocumented damage being a red flag didn't stop me, let me warn you dont ever bring these clowns cash. I showed up to purchase for alittle over 11k. Ended up going with a one year warranty only because they gave me a bad vibe. So it came to around 13k. And when paying cash they say cash, check, or card doesn't matter. I call xxxxxxxx I know a few local dealers. And I know sales. Cash is king cash makes conversation. But me not wanting to waste my energy on the incompetent I resumed purchase. Not even two weeks after I drove the car off the lot my check engine comes on. So me being a bit of a car guy, but not a mechanic or having mechanic tools I stop to have the code read. And it comes back as a misfire. So with my one year warranty I took it back to Corwin to have fixed. After two full weeks they finally realized it was a misfire. Needed a new engine. After another week they determined it was a common problem. Went from one replacement engine, to another replacement engine from ford. This whole deal stretched out over two months. My first service rep was on the ball. But than she quit and went somewhere else. So I got turned over to Sean. The service manager. This clown told me the repairs were 4k above my warranty coverage. For an engine. On a 6 year old car. 4 cylinder car. After numerous calls and nonsense I still paid over the warranty coverage. And then after my car was finished and ready I didn't find out it was ready till 3 days later when I called them. When I went to pick it up I was taken on a test drive with a service tech. He was a very honest guy and let me know that numerous techs, and service managers there have quit to go elsewhere because management cuts corners, scams, and does not care about the customer, or the upkeep of incoming cars. A day later I noticed a slight rattle. New engine. Alot of work. Dealer work. Shouldn't rattle. So I brought it back. In the service lane everyone acted like they couldn't hear anything. So I had them bring a tech out. He couldn't hear anything but offered to throw it on the lift and take a look. As he's looking for what I'm almost positive was a loose heat shield. I see a big glob of grease from my drivers side tie rod. Ask, he confirms, and bam replacement scheduled cover by corwin. Anyways long story short. This dealership is nothing but a headache to deal with. They'll cover problems, they'll scam and uncharge repairs to make a dollar, Sean is a worthless service tech, and who ever owns corwin should call me, so I can break thier worthless xxx down to less than a penny. They sold me a car that hadn’t even been through the shop and inspected. I’m had it checked out at another dealership and it had loose lug nuts and one was even missing! This is illegal, by the way. Took it and inspected. I’m had it checked out at another dealership and it had loose lug nuts and one was even missing! This is illegal, by the way. Took it back and they fixed most things, but it is still jerking when I drive and making weird noises. I would NEVER recommend this place. More

The entire shopping for a car with Rodney and the finance process with Coy was great! Everything else fell through when I signed the paperwork for my car in GOOD FAITH that the dealership would follow throug process with Coy was great! Everything else fell through when I signed the paperwork for my car in GOOD FAITH that the dealership would follow through with their word about repairing cosmetic damage to the car. It was not ready for me to pick up the next day since the car had to be inspected and serviced to be a certified pre-owned vehicle. I had to check in pretty much every day that week to see when the car would be ready- when I went to pick up the car on October 4th, the cosmetic damages were WORSE. It looked like someone took sandpaper to the side of the car door to buff out the scratches and didn’t care to retouch the paint or put a clear coat on it. The inside of the car also wasn’t detailed as promised so I returned the car for those repairs to be made. After another week (At this point, I had now gone about 2 weeks without a vehicle that I had already signed and put a 4,000 down payment on) I went to pick up my car for a 2nd time and guess what? The scratches were kind of covered up, but it was not the best handiwork and the inside AND outside of the vehicle had still not been detailed or cleaned. I know this to be true because I found an old parking ticket in the glove box and the same stains were in the car that I observed and took pictures of when I test drove the vehicle. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience and it’s extremely difficult for me to not feel taken advantage of as a young woman of color who went to this dealership looking for a positive experience. I had people recommend this dealership to me, which is the only reason why I went here. If it were an option, I would have just returned the car and asked for my downpayment back. For the amount of money I spent on a vehicle, I expected a very different outcome and experience and it is so disappointing that THIS was my first car buying experience and no one has done anything to rectify this situation despite me bringing up these concerns multiple times. I’m especially upset that Sam encouraged me to sign and purchase this vehicle and explicitly said that “if you were my little sister, I’d feel good about you getting this car as your first car loan/payment”. If you are not going to follow through with your word, don’t build someone up and reassure them that they will receive a specific outcome and then pull the rug out from under them. I am more than happy to share pictures that I took of the vehicle the TWO SEPARATE times I traveled to the dealership to pick it up or talk to someone else about my experience! More

This honestly was the most difficult vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. Just from the very beginning. if this wasn’t the vehicle my fiancé truly liked I probably would’ve of just walked away. We bou have ever encountered. Just from the very beginning. if this wasn’t the vehicle my fiancé truly liked I probably would’ve of just walked away. We bought this vehicle dealing with a very difficult general sales manager. He was rude and very stand-offish to myself and my fiancé. After the fact they agreed to fix a few things on the vehicle the communication again was horrible. We took the vehicle in waiting for a call to pick it up ended up waited an extra day to receive our vehicle back after not knowing which company they sent the wheels off to be resurfaced at. We had to call multiple times to have the service department tell us they had no idea what was going on. After another call then was told to contact our sales representative that had the day off. Just a very bad experience and to be honest it wasn’t our sales person’s fault at all this was on the Salesmanager and the service department. I’ve worked for a few dealerships and thought I’ve seen a lot over the past 10-12 years but this experience has taken the cake on everything I’ve seen. I truly hope this was just a one time experience but from the sounds of it when we brought it up to a few employees it doesn’t sound like it. On a positive note our salesman was very professional and apologized multiple times. Hopefully someone from the Corwin group comes across this review and can definitely reevaluate the management they have at the Bellevue store. More

Very kind and helpful staff at Corwin. I would likely buy a new Avalon if they still made them . I don't care for the car replacing the Avalon.
