The overall customer service was excellent, everyone was pleasant and nice. They also know what they are talking about as far as experience. A little pricey if you ask me. I am all about service and there should be some kind of Nissan club for owners that allow you to build up perks or something. The free coffee and waiting area is nice but let's be realistic as far as pleasing the guest if your going to charge me max price on a serpentine belt at least use some vaseline when your gaslighting the prices.
