In every aspect of the car buying process, from the original phone call with the owner John Patterson, the handshake with the General Manager Troy Kerth, the business aspects of the sale with the General Sales Manager Alex Chung and Sales Consultant Samantha Taylor, and the explanation and signing of the documents with Finance Manager Veronica Paco, my daughter and I were treated like royalty. We bought a great car at a great price with great financing, and bonus their coffee machine is out of this world :-) In all honesty I would recommend any of my friends or family to purchase a new or used car from them. More

Great buying experience, I decided to visit Mission Viejo Acura since they are a Car Pro USA certified dealership. She quickly arranged both test drives and answered all my questions regarding the cars. Once I had decided upon purchasing a RDX she helped with the pricing and all the details involved in making the purchase. Before I left with the car, she was very patient and helpful explaining what I needed to know about the car, including the technology features. All in all, it was a great experience.
