We have no idea what you are talking about, we do not offer any Navigation systems that are not included in the vehicle from Ford. Are you sure your father is doing business with Suburban Ford? Please check your information and let us know

Oh yea, pushing a platinum package with better radio and sunroof on all old guy that's deaf says a lot about your character. Then getting him into a car 6 months early and without the basics he needs because the "chip"problem. Can't get a basic model with the 4 wheel drive he needs. And 6 months early. Just saying, he won't take my advice but my brother in law, a retired for engineer refuses to do any business with you either.
