Starter Replacement I brought a 2006 Civic in with a starting issue. They got me out in less than one day without an appointment and I didn't arrive until 1 pm. Great Service and Employees! We have had our Honda Pilot serviced at Honda of Murfreesboro twice now and have been very pleased with the service and employees. They always get ou We have had our Honda Pilot serviced at Honda of Murfreesboro twice now and have been very pleased with the service and employees. They always get our issues fixed and let us know other things that may need attention, but they do not push those services on us. They give us a detailed list and allow us to make our own decision as to when to get those things fixed. However, they always make sure our vehicle is in safe working condition before we leave. We will be back for service in the future:) More

Oustanding Customer Service Honda has a state-of-the-art customer service waiting area. Good Experience I went in for an oil change and was immediately met by a service advisor. He verified my appointment and told me what they were going to do on top of I went in for an oil change and was immediately met by a service advisor. He verified my appointment and told me what they were going to do on top of the oil change. I also left my headphones in my car and he went to the shop and got them. Service was fast and the service advisor when over the results of the inspections they did. They did not waste any time but I did not feel rushed. Also the new location is a lot easier to get in and out of. More
